sau cum ar veni in goana dupa porc sa nu uitam legumele! 🙂

ingrediente:

2 bulbi de fenicul,sectionati in sferturi,

8 morcovi mici,

sare(roz de himalaya),piper negru,

citeva ramurele de rozmarin,

3 linguri de ulei de masline.

asezam legumele in tava,asezam ramurelele de rozmarin printre ele,le asezonam cu sare,piper proaspat risnit,apoi le stropim cu ulei de masline.le acoperim cu hirtie de copt si le dam la cuptorul preincalzit la 220 grade celsius.le lasam acolo 15 minute,apoi indepartam hirtia si le mai lasam alte 15 minute.se pot servi simple,compunind o cina perfecta in compania unor brinzeturi  sau pot acompania o bucata de carne,alegerea apartinindu-va.oricum,un pahar de vin rosu il puteti alatura cu succes indiferent de combinatia agreata.:) enjoy!
