TRUFE DE CIOCOLATA NEAGRA(DARK CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES)

simple si rafinate,elegante si usor de executat,trufele de ciocolata sunt “o optiune delicioasa” pentru a insoti o cafea aromata intr-una din aceste dupa-amiezi de vacanta de iarna ,la o discutie placuta cu prietenii veniti in vizita.
eu le-am facut inainte de craciun si chiar acum ma delectez cu una din ele, alaturi de o cafea inspumata precum o mare neagra …invelisul trufelor poate fi variat,de la clasica cacao,folosita pentru a reda aspectul trufelor negre de padure si pina la nuci ,migdale,alune ,fistic sau alte seminte pisate,ciocolata alba sau neagra,cocos razuit.puteti sa alegeti ce varianta doriti sau care e mai potrivita ocaziei cu care le faceti.
eu am optat pentru clasic,invelisul de cacao imi pare asemanator rochitei negre care se potriveste oricarei ocazii!
ingrediente:

225 grame ciocolata neagra,75% cacao,
180ml smintina dulce,pentru frisca,
30grame de unt,
2 linguri de rom,
iar pentru acoperit trufele:
2linguri fulgi de nuca de cocos,
2linguri de cacao.
rupem ciocolata bucatele si o asezam intr-un vas.
untul si cu smintina,amestecate intr-un vas se pun la foc mic si se aduc la fierbere.cind vedem primele bule ce anunta fierberea,luam de pe foc vasul si turnam continutul peste ciocolata,lasind asa 5 minute.apoi amestecam bine, adaugam romul,omogenizam si depozitam peste noapte in frigider ca sa se intareasca intreaga compozitie.daca ne grabim putem folosi si congelatorul,compozitia e intarita in cca 3 ore.
a doua zi luam cu lingurita din compozitie si tavalim prin nuca de cocos,formind mici bilute intre palme,cu un diametru aproximativ de 2-2,5 cm ,pe care tavalim apoi prin cacao.am apelat la o prima acoperire cu nuca de cocos pentru a mai “scapa” de consistenta extrem de lipicioasa a masei de ciocolata si o prelucrare mai usoara, cocosul rezervind trufelor o discreta aroma si textura,ambele placute . trufele astfel obtinute le depozitam in hirtiutele sustinatoare si ulterior in cutii de carton, ele rezistind citeva saptamini in frigider si luni de zile in congelator.
