GNOCCHI CU BRINZA DE VACI SI PATRUNJEL (FRESH CHEESE AND PARSLEY GNOCCHI)

neavind la indemina nici ricotta ,nici spanac, am apelat la resursele prezente in frigiderul propriu:brinza de vaci si patrunjel,ambele proaspete si …de origine controlata.si mi-am zis ,ca in fond,nu poate iesi ceva rau din asta ci cel mult ceva in genul papanasilor fierti,dupa care ,fie vorba intre noi ,nu ma prea ma dau in vint ,dar uneori i-as putea tolera.
si asa am purces eu la facut gnocchi,inarmata cu noul gadget care le da forma,de care sunt extrem de incintata,mai ales ca
este primit cadou tocmai din MALAYSIA ,de la buna mea prietena din virtual,KRISTY,o prezenta tonica,plina de umor,autoarea unor produse de patiserie absolut noi pentru mine ca ingrediente si tehnici de coacere(multe din ele la abur).thanks ,kristy!you are a wonderful friend!:)
ingredientele folosite :
250 grame brinza de vaci,
100 grame faina de griu,
1 ou intreg,
1 buchet de patrunjel proaspat,tocat,
un pic de sare,piper,ardei iute pisat.
se amesteca foarte bine ingredientele si procedam exact ca la gnocchi cu cartofi ,
pe o suprafata bine infainata construim rulouri cu diametrul de cca 3 cm,sectionam ruloul din 2 in 2 cm si rulam pe forma de gnocchi.de consemnat ca trebuie sa ne comportam cu mare delicatete cu acest aluat fragil,virfurile degetelor fiind suficiente pentru a-l manevra.
dupa ce-i obtinem ii asezam pe o suprafata infainata,pentru a nu se lipi,ii punem asa in congelator,iar dupa inghetare ii putem pastra in pungi.sau pur si simplu ii putem refrigera pentru o zi.la doua nu m-as hazarda din cauza oului crud si a brinzei proaspete…
una peste alta ,eu i-am preparat pe toti pe loc,adica i-am fiert in apa cu putina sare,i-am cules cind s-au ridicat la suprafata si i-am scurs,apoi i-am plasat pe un platou,cu citeva cubulete de unt printre ei si asezindu-i pe raftul superior de gatit de la cuptorul VITA COOK ,unde i-am copt 5 minute la 200 grade,dupa care i-am scos si i-am presarat cu putina coaja de lamiie .unii din noi i-au servit simpli,altii insotindu-i de resturi de piept de pui fript…enjoy!
