PUMPKIN TIME!PIURE DE DOVLEAC( PUMPKIN PUREE)
daca e toamna ,avem neaparat si dovleac in tolba cu postari,nu poate sa lipseasca tocmai el,umflatul,durul,coloratul si ultra- betacaroten-atul,plin de principii alimentare bune ,fibre,sarac in calorii si multe altele.mai ales ca avem si o provocare,lansata aici,de mihaela,la care ii asteptam pe cit mai multi dintre voi,adunam retete cu dovleac !
incepem usurel,cu un piure mixt,de dovleac si cartof,o excelenta garnitura pentru o friptura de pasare,dar la fel poate fi servit si simplu,linga ceva muraturi sau o salata de legume,daca nu consumam carne.sau cu niste falafel,imi veni acum ideea,trebuie incercata combinatia!
ingrediente pt. cca 3 portii:
-300 gr cartofi,curatati,taiati cuburi,
-300gr dovleac,curatat de coaja si seminte,taiat cuburi,
-cca 50 grame unt,
-2-3 linguri lapte cald,
-sare,piper,
-2-3 catei de usturoi(optional),
-frunzulite de patrunjel pentru decor.
executie simpla,rapida:cuburile de cartof si dovleac se fierb in apa cu sare,pina se inmoaie,apoi se paseaza bine si se amesteca bine cu laptele,untul ,usturoiul trecut prin presa de usturoi,piperul .se serveste fierbinte,decorat cu patrunjel verde.

buna ideea:) trebuie sa caut si eu ceva retete cu dovleac …e plin in magazin de ei..:))mie imi plac copti..cei pe care ii aduceam de la bunica din gradina si asteptam sa-i "piste" frigul….hmmmm…amintiri:)
