SALATA CU SMOCHINE SI MOZZARELLA (FIGS &MOZZARELLA SALAD)
smochine proaspete …oh,am o adevarata obsesie pentru fructe, iar smochinele au ceva cu totul diferit,nu ma mai satur sa le privesc,sa le adumelc,sa le savurez.
o textura atit de interesanta,moluscoaso-atoaso-semintoasa care ma intriga si ma cucereste totodata si fara de care universul meu senzitiv gustativ mi-ar parea mult mai sarac.
asa ca am sa va “asasinez”iar cu o salata,cea pe care am facut-o azi,intr-o mica pauza de la curatenia de toamna pe care tocmai am lansat-o in aceasta dimineata,in mod spontan si neplanificat,din cauza acestui soare de toamna cu raze blinde si placute(peste masura !) ce mi-au fost partase la tot iuresul ce se cuvine unor asa activitati.
ingrediente :
3 smochine ,taiate in sferturi sau chiar in sase,
1 bulgaras de mozzarella,taiat felii subtiri,
citeva frunzulite de menta,tocate,
dressing din :1lingura de ulei de masline,amestecata cu una de otet balsamic,sare si piper negru prospat risnit, dupa gust.
asezam in mijloc smochinele,pe margini feliile de brinza,presaram menta tocata,repartizam dressing-ul pe toata suprafata ,lasam cca 10 minute la rece si apoi savuram.enjoy!

Eu am ratat productia de smochine din gradina mamei anul acesta, iar cele de supermarket nu au nici pe jumatate din aroma celor "adevarate", cum imi place mie sa le numesc, asa ca pana la anul nu am cum sa incerc combinatia cu mozzarella.
Dar cum am "sterpelit" un borcan cu dulceata din beci, am sa incerc o adaptare cu dulceata si camembert.
