FLORI DE DOVLECEL UMPLUTE CU RICOTTA LA STEAMER (ZUCCHINI BLOSSOMS STUFFED WITH RICOTTA CHEESE,STEAMED)

le-am gatit pentru prima oara,voiam sa o fac de multa vreme dar nu intilnisem inca momentul oportun .si cum saptamina trecuta imi plimbam privirea prin gradina mamei,le-am zarit:mai mici,de toamna,ascunzindu-se printre petiolii teposi ai frunzelor,ferindu-se de privirile hulpave,cumva contorsionate in frumusetea lor.oare m-au iertat ca le-am rupt ? si asta nu pentru o cauza nobila ci pentru implinirea unui tel atit de domestic?
nu le-am prajit si nici nu le-am copt,le-am facut la aburi,reusind astfel sa evit prajirea lor si totodata pastrindu-le integre textura si culoarea.

ingrediente:
-flori de dovlecel,
-brinza ricotta ,
-1 ardei capia,tocat cubulete mici,
-1 buchet mic de menta,
-1 lingura de ulei masline,
-sare ,piper negru,piper roz,fulgi de chili.
am desfacut florile si le-am studiat sa vad daca au insecte,le-am rupt pistilul si le-am umplut cu compozitia formata din amestecarea intr-un vas a ricottei cu sare, piper,ardeiul capia si menta tocate fin.le-am asezat in vasul de orez al steamer-ului si le-am stropit cu ulei,fulgi de chili si piper roz,apoi le-am programat 20 minute la aburire,au iesit asa cum mi-am imaginat ,delicate si aromate,putin picante.enjoy!

  4. Sunt grozave si frumoase si delicioase, iti recomand sa incerci data viitoare si o umplutura pe baza de creveti sau langustine. Te pupicesc si un inceput frumos de saptamana
