am pornit in realizarea acestei tarte de la o reteta de shortbread de pe joyofbacking,dar cum papilele-mi cereau pe moment ceva mai pufos ca textura decit uscatica de shortbread am facut unele modificari …

ingrediente aluat:
150 grame faina,
2 oua mari,
120 grame de unt,la temperatura camerei,
120 grame de zahar,
30 grame cacao,
1 lingurita esenta de vanilie,
1 pic de sare(un virf de cutit),
1 lingurita praf de copt.
ingrediente glazura:
50 grame de fistic putin sfarimate,putin sarate,
100 grame de ciocolata cu continut de cacao de minimum 50%,
50 grame unt.

amestecam faina cu praful de copt,sarea si cacaoa.untul il mixam cu zaharul cca 5 minute,apoi adaugam si ouale ,unul cite unul,mixind foarte bine dupa fiecare,iar la sfirsit adaugam vanilia.
apoi adaugam si faina amestecata cu restul ingredientelor,rezulta un aluat cu consistenta unei creme pe care-l turnam intr-o forma de tarta in prealabil gresata si tapetata cu faina.
dam la cuptorul preincalzit,la foc mic ,pt .cca 30 minute,facem proba cu scobitoarea si cind ea este curata scoatem tarta la racit.intre timp pregatim glazura,topind pe foc mic ciocolata rupta bucatele si untul,sub amestecare continua.
aceasta glazura o turnam peste tarta,iar deasupra decoram cu fisticul sfarimat putin cu sucitorul de aluat.
asteptam sa se raceasca glazura si servim ,cu un ceai merge minunat…dar si cu o cafea!
